I have used IOLA Technical Support for over 10 years and they were great. Now because of the pandemic they see and opportunity to make more money, this is how. If you call with your email and telephone number, the sales department answers, listens politely then proceeds to tell you that you either don't have a service contract with them or that your contract expired and try to force you to purchase another contract for $199 . As of today they now stating that since you purchased your yearly contract they raised their prices two times and if you want your computer fixed you have to purchase the upgraded service contract and they will cancel the old contract. ...Mostrar máschase their high end computers. I tried calling IOLA management and you cannot get to them. I tried with 6 phone calls to get some one at DELL to look into the IOLAs scam since they are recommending them and even financing IOLA service contracts on DELL's Financial services plan. It is literally impossible to get to anyone at DELL that has a clue about how to stop this illegal practice. The irony is that if you keep calling IOLA back 4-7 times until they know you are not going away and you are not falling for their scam, they do a great job at fixing your computer.
