I bought this software because I had to re-download my windows package and everything else on my windows 10 system due to serious file corruption. Everything on the computer was mixed up, it was a mess. I bought one program first & returned it quickly for not doing a thing to correct my computer problems. Next I bought & used The Obit System Mechanic, and it was miraculous! It straightened out the entire system on my computer. It corrected the file structure, removed the garbage, organized the files, replaced missing hardware, it just took care of everything! I was blown away at how great it worked. From then on I was a believer in System Mechanic! Now, this program has become part of my "yearly buys" for computer software to keep my system running smoothly.

Only drawback is this version does Not allow you to have Privacy Garden and currently ByePass not compatible with Micro soft Edge. need System Mechanic Pro to have these options..

I purchased System Mechanics to repair issues with my pc. I was getting the blue screen of death, and the pc seemed a little slowe. Program was easy to install and easy to scan the pc. Then picking what I wanted to fix. Worked well for what I purchased it for.

It looked like my PC was full of malware. Numerous popups covered the screen and claimed that my PC was locked; to call Windows Defender support or they would cancel my Windows. It sounded fishy, so I called Tech Support. Best decision I ever made. I had the good fortune to work with 2 tech support agents, Joan and then Camille. Both were knowledgable, helpful, supportive, competent and a pleasure to talk to. In a reasonable amount of time, the situation was cleared up and Camille gave me a complete description of what happened. Thank you so much.

Great source of protection always alert when something could harm your device. I have only been using this for a month, but it already stopped one bad app from being installed. That alone makes me happy.
