Shady business and too many adds

I tried their system mechanic and there were constant popups advertising other products that are a pain. They also signed me up for tech support that I didn't know about. I found out about it after they charge my credit card for renewal after I had canceled my subscription for the software. I called and made sure everything was canceled with iolo and that they removed my credit card info from their system. I was assured that it was. However, I was just charged another $49.95 for the software I canceled over a year ago. Very shady. I will not buy anything from them again. I think I need to cancel my credit card and get a new one because of this.

Illegal practice by company. Billed on renewal date and called same day and they offer no refund!

I never really liked the software due to pop ups and it would not let me use the password encryption because of the previous uninstalled Kaspersky.
Since I did not own the computer this was originally installed, I only received a 3 day renewal notice with no link to cancel other than calling. Working 12 hr nights, I called on my day off (same renewal date) and they already billed me and do not offer refund saying I should have called sooner.

Beware! I signed up for System Mechanic and the kept sending popups to my computer. I kept deleting them. Then my bank account started getting charged $19.95 a month. This is a total marketing scam!!
